How to play: Relic Mosaic

  1. Choose a relic when creating a room, or join an existing team. To start without waiting, select Play now and choose a relic for a match with bots.
  2. Swap two neighbouring tiles to form a horizontal or vertical line of at least three tiles of the same colour. They disappear and new tiles fall into the empty spaces.
  3. Tiles collected by all players fill shared colour bars. The first relic needs 50 tiles of each of four colours; a completed bar reveals one relic piece.
  4. Restore every piece before time runs out. There are 26 relics: the number of colours gradually increases from 4 to 12, and later relics require more tiles.

Controls

Desktop

Use the mouse to select a tile and a neighbouring cell to swap them.

Mobile

Tap neighbouring tiles on your own board. Tile symbols and the shared colour bars help you follow the team’s progress.

Tips for your first game

  • Check which shared bars still need tiles. Matching those colours is what brings the team closer to finishing.
  • Look for swaps that set up cascades: falling tiles can create extra matches after the first line disappears.
  • Start with a four-colour relic. For harder challenges, make sure your friends are ready for a full attempt.

Frequently asked questions

Do I compete against my teammates?

No. Everyone in a room works on the same relic. The team wins or loses together.

Why do relics have different numbers of pieces?

Each active colour corresponds to one piece. Early relics use four colours; the final challenges use twelve.

Can we pause a match?

There is no pause in a room with real players: the shared timer keeps running. Make sure you have time to finish before joining.
