Rating

On your first successful restoration, each tile you contribute to shared progress earns one rating point. Once you own that relic, replays do not change your rating. Twelve-colour relics are the exception: rewards and penalties apply on every run. Running out of time means a team loss; the more you contribute, the smaller your penalty. Ratings never fall below zero.

HOW TO RESTORE A WONDER

Your moves help everyone

Swap neighbouring tiles. Select a tile, then a neighbour. You can also drag with a mouse or swipe. Make a line of at least three matching colours.
Work together. Tiles cleared by every player fill shared progress bars. The first relic uses 4 colours: collect 50 tiles of each. Later relics gradually increase the colour count to 12.
Restore every piece. One colour restores one piece: the first relic has 4, the last has 12. Fill a colour bar to reveal its piece. Finish every piece before the timer ends to win the relic. The time limit depends on colours, tile targets and team size. Bot and human teams have different limits; check your expedition's timer.
Grow your collection. Until you own a relic, each tile you contribute to shared progress earns one rating point after a win. Replaying an owned relic has no rewards or penalties, except twelve-colour relics, which always affect rating. On a loss, the penalty is one quarter of the shortfall from your equal share, rounded up. Do your share to avoid a penalty. Ratings cannot fall below zero. Leaving early deducts your useful contribution, limited to your current rating.
